The iCommoners Map
Did you know that at this year's Summit, representatives from 58 countries gathered in Dubrovnik?

We thought it would be cool to put all this info onto a map.
However, I've been having some trouble finding a programme that allows me to weight the data (ie: have bigger and smaller markers for countries that sent more or fewer people to the summit). If any of you clever Commoners have an idea of how or where to do this, please let me know, and we'll be able to build a more accurate map.

Thanks, Kiruba. Glad you like it.
Hopefully, as the years and the Summits go by, we'll be able to map the changes and shifts in our community's demographics, till all the world is covered in little pins... hey, a girl can dream, you know...

Bec, that's an awesome dream. And its contagious. I've been infected at Dubrovnik wtih the spirit of sharing and will willingly spread it out here in India.

Your treasure map promted me to blog about it. http://www.kiruba.com/2007/07/how-anonymous-person-helped-me-to.html

Great job, as with everything else you and your colleagues have done for the Summit. It's nice to see such a widespread distribution, even though it shows a few regions where more representation would be ideal.
