Adding .flv and .swf to XHTML

In web design you can easily drop the embed and object tags for attaching shockwave and flash videos; by simply using the iframe tag.

When converting your videos to these (.swf, .flv) formats pay close attention to the movie's dimensions. By knowing the width and height you can make your life a lot easier, by adding this info into the iframes tag.

SAMPLE CODE:


Code passes 100% W3C validation. Only known disadvantage, no video controls. You won't learn this in web design. This technique was found through much trial and error, while trying to look for an easier way to insert videos that validates.
