Migratory Open Education Geese |

The open education track would like to draw you esteemed attention to the efforts made by some of us, to visualise the true meaning of open education.
Open education is like a flock of migratory geese that move back and forth between North and South. The flock combines birds from all places. Open education is not something that is confined to just the North or the South. It will flourish only as a global movement. There are different flocks (textbooks, courseware, etc.), which together make up the open education environment. The gees take turns leading the flock, and taking the strain, and then handing over to their peers. if you think that sounds a bit crazy, have a look at what it looks like (the fun we had guys!).
