One of the tasks we had to tackle at the Summit planning workshop was an evaluation of the relative strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (S.W.O.T) that we were facing with regards to the various areas of discussion (ie: PR and marketing, travel and diversity, documenting the summit, facilitation at the summit, the community, making the summit sustainable, and venue for the summit)
