The Open Music Contest (OMC) wants to raise public awareness of copyright issues in general and the benefits of CC licenses in particular.

We organize a nationwide contest musicians can enter with CC licensed works, pick the most impressive ones and invite them for a gig. A promotional CD sampler is pressed and given away for free. [more]
