7th Communia Workshop report

- Paul Keller and Lucie Guibault on the Public Domain Manifesto
- Francesco Fusaro, European Commission DG Research, on EU initiatives to support open access to scientific publications and data
- Patrick Peiffer and Mathias Schindler on licensing options for bibliographic metadata
- Rufus Pollock on research to assess the size and value of the public domain in Europe
