Hungry artists feed hungry people
Discuss possibilities, get feedback, create awareness. Hafhp hopes? Hafhp is looking to create a website that would enable the artist to build a license. The license would allow the artists to give up the commercial rights for the use of their content to a charity the artist would choose. The license would be non-exclusive and the artist would choose the cost for commercial use of content. The user of content would pay the charity directly.
A better understanding of what can and can't be done.
Script: o Ask those that arrive to put forward possibilities. o Discuss the relationship between the summit and hafhp. o Talk about self publishing, what is art; what is hungry art; why should celebrities get the credit. o Discuss licensing possibilities. o Discuss tax, security, liability; how to cost commercial content; non-exclusive or exclusive, what does it mean. o How to deal with the many different forms of art.
